A unique fresh pasta competition that brings together the region’s pasta makers.

There are 3 categories in which to compete:
– Fresh white pasta: taste and visual quality of pure pasta, without condiments.
– Stuffed pasta: quality of stuffing and originality of taste, using quality products
– Creative pasta: an original creation that showcases a particular know-how.

The jury will be made up of 5 people: 1 chef, 1 partner, 1 influencer/journalist, 1 fresh pasta maker and 1 food critic.
